  • All sessions are held virtually using Zoom or Google Meet. Students receive a secure link after booking, and each session is interactive with screen sharing, whiteboard tools, and real-time feedback.

  • Once registration is completed, you will be sent a sign-in portal for the TutorBird platform, to which you will book your first lesson via TutorBird.

  • We offer monthly subscription plans starting at $200 for 4 sessions per month. Check our [Plans & Pricing page] for the most up-to-date options, including AP Prep and Conversational Coaching.

  • Yes, we charge a one-time $50 Student Success Onboarding Fee, which includes access to the Google Classroom and access to our digital study toolkit, made available via the Google Classroom.

  • Yes! You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours may be forfeited to keep scheduling fair for all students.

  • Yes — we offer small group packages and sibling discounts. Contact us to discuss custom pricing.

Policy and Procedures

  • Share a definition of the term and why it matters to your Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system.

    We recommend students maintain a consistent weekly schedule to ensure steady progress.

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: To cancel a session without penalty, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    Late Cancellations (< 24 hrs): The session will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

    No-Show Policy: If a student does not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be charged in full.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled within the same billing cycle if at least 24 hours’ notice is given and an alternative time slot is available.

    Rescheduled sessions must occur within the same month and cannot roll over to future months.

  • All tutoring plans are billed monthly in advance to reserve your student’s spot.

    Payments are due at the beginning of each month via credit/debit card or ACH transfer.

    Missed or late payments may result in a pause in services until the balance is cleared.

  • Parents will receive monthly progress reports outlining attendance, strengths, areas for improvement, and next steps.

  • Group sessions begin at the scheduled time regardless of student arrival.

    Sessions missed by one or more students will continue with the remaining participants.

  • 21 Bridges observes major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.).

    Clients will receive a calendar of breaks in advance and will not be billed for closures.

  • We recommend a minimum 3-month commitment to see measurable progress.

    If you wish to discontinue tutoring, please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
